Google violates Privacy law

Friday, August 1, 2008

A couple from Pennsylvania filed a case against Google for displaying the images of their home in the Google earth. As per the couple this reckless conduct of Google was disturbing their privacy. And Moreover the complaint states that this relentless act had caused them extreme "mental sufferings". Now the couple is demanding a compensation of $25000 from Google. However the case was in hearing still... Mean while Google has removed all the photos of the couple's home from the Google's street view. And today it has also submitted the corresponding documents relating to the situation.
